Q2: Which labs do you work with?
We work with most major specialty laboratories, including but not limited to: Vibrant America, Boston Heart, Genova Diagnostics, DUTCH, Immunosciences Lab, Grail, DHA Lab, SpectraCell, and others.
Q3: Do I need a lab order or kit from my provider?
Yes. You’ll need to bring your test kit and lab requisition form provided by your healthcare provider or the specialty lab.
Q4: How do I schedule a specialty blood draw?
Appointments can be booked by phone, text, or email. We offer both in-office and mobile draws by appointment only.
Q5: Do you accept walk-ins?
No. All specialty blood draws are by appointment only to ensure proper handling, preparation, and shipping of your specimen.
Q6: How soon can I get an appointment?
In most cases, same-day or next-day appointments are available depending on location and technician availability.
Q7: Do you offer mobile blood draw services?
Yes. Our licensed phlebotomists and RNs provide mobile services throughout most of the Bay Area and Central Valley. We come equipped with centrifuges and dry ice when required by your testing kit.

We are located in Tracy, California, and serve patients across the surrounding areas by appointment.
Q9: How much does a specialty blood draw cost?
Our standard fee starts at $250 per kit for both in-office and mobile draws. This includes phlebotomy, specimen processing (centrifuging, separating), and drop-off at the appropriate shipping location. Additional travel fees may apply for mobile services.
Q10: Do you bill insurance?
No, we do not bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. However, we can provide a receipt that you may submit to your insurance or FSA/HSA account for reimbursement.
Q11: Do you handle centrifuging and freezing requirements?
Yes. We are fully equipped to handle all specimen preparation requirements including centrifuging, aliquoting, refrigeration, and dry ice shipping.
Q12: Will you ship my kit to the lab?
Yes. We ensure your specimen is packaged correctly and dropped off at the required shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) the same day as collection.
Q13: Can I bring multiple kits?
Yes. Please let us know in advance if you have multiple kits so we can schedule enough time for your visit.
Q14: Can you draw from patients with a PICC line or port?
Yes. Our Registered Nurse (RN) can perform draws from PICC lines or ports when required by your test kit.
Q15: What should I do to prepare for my blood draw?
Preparation instructions vary depending on your test. Please follow the guidelines provided by your ordering lab or provider—such as fasting, supplement restrictions, or time-of-day requirements.
Q16: Do you provide supplies if I don’t have a kit?
No. Specialty draws must be performed using the lab-provided kits, as each has specific tubes, instructions, and barcodes.
Q17: How do I know if my kit requires dry ice or centrifuging?
Your kit instructions or requisition form will specify this. If you’re unsure, feel free to send us a photo of your kit ahead of time, and we’ll confirm the requirements.
